The season started and we are already experienceing the grueling NBA schedule. We were lucky to have the season opener - and win - at home, at an unveliebable   Rose Garden, against Houston. In the second game, also at home and against Denver, I had my best game but we lost. Carmelo Anthony showed by he is one of the best players in this league. After that, we lost in Houston and won in Oklahoma City and lost again versus Atlanta at home. The expectations are very high for this team this season, in Portland and around the NBA. For us it’s a challenge to do better than last season. I think that game by game, step by step, we are going to be a better team and the new players will adapt to the team. Personally, I feel very good physically, and my back is not causing problems. Thanks to the Blazers staff work and the one of my trainer Paco Fernández, I have been able to be ready for the start of this exciting season. See you soon!

La temporada ha empezado y ya estamos inmersos en el frenético calendario de la liga. Tuvimos la suerte de debutar - y ganar- en casa, en un Rose Garden espectacular, contra Houston. En el segundo partido, contra Denver y también en casa, jugué mi mejor partido pero el equipo perdió. Carmelo Anthony demostró que es uno de los mejores jugadores de la ligas. Luego, derrota en Houston, victor ia en Oklahoma City y derrota en casa contra Atlanta. Hay mucha expectación en Portland y en la NBA con nuestra temporada, y para nosotros es un reto mejorar respecto a la temporada pasada. Creo que partido a partido vamos a ser mejor equipo y los nuevos se van a adaptar al equipo. Personalmente, me encuentro muy bien físicamente, y la espalda se está portando bien. Gracias al trabajo del staff de los Blazers y al de mi ¨fisio¨Paco Fernández he podido estar a punto para el inicio de esta apasionante temporada.
